Bij Back in Use accepteren we ecocheques met genoegen, en wel om de volgende reden: wij richten ons op de verkoop van hoogwaardige tweedehands elektronica. Het gebruik van ecocheques is toegestaan volgens de Belgische wetgeving voor specifieke milieuvriendelijke producten en diensten. Onze refurbished IT-apparatuur voldoet aan deze criteria, waardoor het gebruik van ecocheques volledig wettelijk is toegestaan. 


So you can confidently use eco vouchers at Back in Use to purchase second-hand IT equipment, while at the same time contributing to a more sustainable future. Here you will find all the information you need about using eco vouchers in our webshop.


If you want to return a product that you purchased with ecocheques, we cannot refund that amount. In that case, you will receive a gift voucher from us for the value of your purchase.

Which eco-vouchers does Back in Use accept?

We currently accept payments with Monizze Eco Vouchers & Edenred Eco Vouchers.

How can I pay with eco cheques?

To use ecocheques, complete the following steps:
  • Complete your order and click on the shopping cart
  • If desired, enter instructions or a VAT number and click Checkout
  • Enter your contact details and address and choose MultiSafepay under Payment
  • Click Pay Now
  • You will see a menu with options for eco vouchers at the top, choose the eco voucher from your distribution company
  • Follow the instructions and complete your payment

Can I use ecocheques for part of my payment?

Not enough balance on your ecocheques card? Then you can also choose to complete the payment partly with eco checks and partly with another payment method. To do this, follow the same steps as in the section 'How can I pay with eco cheques?'. After the ecocheques transaction, you also indicate your payment card in the menu and complete the payment.

Can I use ecocheques for all products on the webshop?

Yes, at Back in Use we only sell refurbished electronics, making eco-vouchers a valid payment method for all our products.

I have problems while paying with ecocheques, what is the reason?

- Check whether your eco vouchers are still valid.

- Make sure you have entered the correct details and follow the ecocheque redemption steps carefully.

- Check whether online payments are enabled on your ecocheques.

- Try it in another browser, such as Google Chrome, as this usually works smoothly.
